Teambuilding 2023 “Power of Connection – Leading The Way to Success”
Recently, KING JIM (VIETNAM) had a Teambuilding program 3 days 2 nights (May 19-21) in the dreamy land of sunshine, wind and sand "Phan Thiet coastal city". The trip is both a journey to bring all members of King Jim family together and an opportunity to mark a return of King Jim's Summer Vacation after a long time.
It can be said that this would be one of the most anticipated events of the year, with unprecedented recreational and entertainment activities
During this trip, all members discovered many more interesting surprises about the land of Phan Thiet that is "familiar but strange".

Event “Chill Night” at the beach, audiences really enjoyed the lively music night with the band
Tried the best with team games, created a lot of laughter together at the beach. The excitement and enthusiasm that overflows with each game helped everyone to be more sociable, more connected to form the best teams.
Members participate in many exciting team games, which required a high level of solidarity and determination to overcome challenges.
Through fun and youthful team games, each member had the opportunity to connect with colleagues from many departments, enhancing the solidarity of KING JIM'S (VIETNAM) family.
The unforgettable highlight of journey was definitely the "Together we can" Gala Dinner which was held in a very grand manner
Representatives of the organizing committee lit candles and raised a toast to the Gala dinner with all KING JIM (VIETNAM) staff.

A journey that has just ended will also be an opportunity for many other journeys to open. TEAM BUILDING 2023 brought people many levels of emotions and cohesion among all members of the company.
