Minimizes Unused Label Space

Compared with previous models, excess blank space on each printed label has been significantly reduced.

The leading and trailing margins have been shortened from approximately 10 mm to 4 mm, allowing more labels to be printed from a single tape cartridge and helping reduce printing costs.

Notes:

• This feature is not compatible with some tape types.
• For example, a label that was approximately 50 mm long on previous models is reduced to approximately 38 mm when printed with the SR-R680.
• The actual reduction may vary depending on the margin and cut settings.

 Automatically Detects Tape Type for Easier Label Creation

Built-in Standard Symbols & Icons - Ideal for instructional and safety signage.

The TEPRAPRO SR-R680 comes with a built-in library of JIS (JIS Z8210) standard symbols and pictograms, updated to the revised standard issued on July 20, 2017.

This allows users to create clear, professional labels and signs for public facilities, directional signage, transportation hubs, hospitals, offices, and more.

The internationally recognizable pictograms are designed to be easily understood by both local and overseas users, making information displays more accessible and user-friendly.

Automatic Half-Cut Cutter - Convenient & Precise

The TEPRAPRO SR-R680 features an automatic cutter that trims labels immediately after printing, eliminating the need for manual cutting.

It also supports a Half-Cut function, which cuts only the label layer while leaving the backing intact. This makes labels easier to peel and apply without damaging their structure.

Notes:

• The automatic cutter is not compatible with certain specialty tapes, including iron-on tapes, heat-shrink tubes, magnetic tapes, and ribbons.
• The Half-Cut function is not available for heat-shrink tubes, premium adhesive tapes, thermal transfer labels, magnetic tapes, extra-long white labels, ribbons, and certain other specialty media.

Continuous Half-Cut Mode

The printer's Continuous Half-Cut mode lets you choose between:

• Printing multiple labels as one continuous strip
• Automatically cutting each label after printing

This flexible option makes it easy to produce either individual labels or continuous label strips, depending on your workflow.

Fast Printing & Quiet Operation – High Efficiency

The TEPRAPRO SR-R680 combines high-speed printing with quiet operation, enabling fast, efficient label production even during continuous printing.

Note: Print speed may vary depending on the tape type, tape width, print content, and whether the printer is powered by an AC adapter or batteries.

Auto Trimmer – Automatic Rounded Label Corners

The Auto Trimmer automatically rounds the corners of each label, helping prevent peeling while giving labels a cleaner, more professional appearance.

Note: This feature is not supported for iron-on labels, premium labels, heat-resistant labels, decorative tapes, magnetic tapes, thermal transfer tapes, heat-shrink tube labels, ribbons, or 4 mm and 6 mm label tapes.

The printer is compatible with Windows and macOS, allowing you to design and print labels directly from your computer using:

• Software and USB cable are sold separately. Use a standard USB A–B (USB 2.0/1.1) cable.
• USB hubs, intermediary devices, and unsupported third-party software are not supported.
• Not compatible with the RDS10 USB Device Server or the TEPRA LINK software.
